Al-Bar Ranch
This client has been with us since 1989. We began by helping them with a stand alone database to manage customer information and generate mailings. As they've grown, we've been there. They now run a 7 workstation Microsoft Windows network and General Store Point of Sale (POS) with full bar code inventory and 2 POS stations. We installed and support their CCS server with redundant hard disks and server based tape backup.
Vitracoat America
In 2000, Vitracoat Powder Coatings opened their US headquarters in Elkhart , IN , and the office has been growing ever since. Our major accomplishment for this Platinum Care Plan Customer was creating international access to data. With CCS's help, Vitracoat is no longer stuck in one-office communication; their data is available to their CPA in Florida , their headquarters in Mexico and their sales representatives all over the country. Using Fishbowl, the Elkhart office is able to track inventory from many different warehouses, and Goldmine helps to monitor the productivity and progress of their sales representatives. Mar-Main Pharmacy
Mar-Main is South Bend 's only independently owned clinical pharmacy, and they have been in business since 1923. We helped their business run more smoothly by outfitting them with a POS system, complete with receipt printer, bar code scanner, mag-stripe reader and cash drawer. Response time is critical for this business, and as a Platinum Care Plan Customer, they feel more secure knowing we guarantee them two hour response in the event of an emergency.
Trinity Lutheran Church and School
We support a multi-user network in two separate locations for this customer. CCS started our service with Trinity in 2003 by helping them to protect their information. After losing some valuable data, Trinity was anxious to get a back-up program in place. In addition to securing their data through back-up, Custom Computer Services now does regular System Maintenance visits for the servers at the school and church, and we have helped Trinity to have a better understanding of their equipment and IT needs.
Regal Mold & Die, Inc
This customer needed help managing and storing extremely large CAD files, so we outfitted them with a state-of-the-art server with redundant disk storage and power supplies, as well as a secure firewall and router. When they were quickly exceeding the storage capabilities of their server; we were able to add disk space to the network easily by setting up a 500GB Mirrored Network Attached Storage unit. We have also set up eXchange Wall to better manage their Outlook e-mail from their server.
